The National Authority for Implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention Sri Lanka has several strategic partners to gain advices to discharge of its functions. This provides direction for the NACWC to achieve its stated goals. The Director and staff are responsible for implementing these policies. This relationship with strategic partners is not simple but it is crucial for the smooth operation of the NACWC. They also represent members, clients and other stakeholders when making major decisions for the NACWC. It also represents the agency to the community. They provide valuable input to the decision making process and it's very difficult for NACWC to be effective without them.
